Medical, Dental, Vision, and AD&D Insurance 
Randstad Healthcare offers every travel and contract employee a choice between three (3) CIGNA medical plans, a dental plan and vision plan options.  Don't need insurance? You can waive our health insurance options and receive an extra $1 an hour for your entire assignment.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage
Randstad Healthcare offers Standard Life Benefits and AD&D coverage. Eligibility for Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment begins on the first day of employment with Randstad Healthcare. Employees are eligible to participate in these free benefits even if you are not enrolled in the health or dental plans.

All Expenses Paid Pre-Assignment Drug Screens
Randstad Healthcare will pay the full cost of all required pre-employment drug screens.

401K With Company Match
Candidates are eligible for the Randstad 401K retirement plan, with company match, after completing 500 hours of work.

Direct Deposit, Pay Cards, and Weekly Pay
In today's fast-paced world, we know you can’t always make it to the bank on pay day. We offer a number of options to receive your pay weekly. Pay cards allow you access to your paycheck at ATM’s, retail locations, and anywhere else that a password-based debit card is accepted. Randstad Healthcare employs a full-time Clinical Liaison to serve as a resource to our candidates while on assignment. If you have any clinical questions or concerns, or just need professional advice, our Clinical Liaison is here for you.

Optional Disability Insurance
Randstad Healthcare offers optional disability insurance to all employees through our partner, William Gallagher Associates. You can choose from a variety of waiting periods and these policies offer protection in the form of tax free payments, up to 60 percent of your income if you are disabled. Premiums can be paid monthly or quarterly.

Free, Private Housing or Housing Subsidy
Every travel employee receives a free, private, furnished one-bedroom apartment, including paid security deposits and basic utilities with every travel assignment. Don't need an apartment? In lieu of a free apartment, we will give you a monthly stipend. Randstad Healthcare's Housing Department is here to assist you with your housing needs. If you are traveling with someone and require larger accommodations, we can search for the appropriate sized apartment – and order the furnishings for you! You will only be responsible for the difference in the price from the one bedroom to the larger apartment, and any additional furnishings.

Per Diem Meals and Incidentals Allowance 
Randstad Healthcare is happy to offer all travel employees who maintain a qualifying permanent tax home the opportunity to be paid a non-taxed meals and incidentals allowance.  The per diem allowance offers you a safe, risk free way of covering meals and incidental costs related to your travel assignments. Allowances will vary with each travel assignment based on federal per diem rates established by the IRS. One of the advantages of being on a per diem plan is that it minimizes the amount of receipts and paperwork needed in order to claim a deduction or get reimbursed. The per diem plan is 100 percent compliant with IRS standards and regulations. Once approved, per diems will be paid out in your regularly scheduled paycheck.

Travel Reimbursement
We reimburse $0.50 per mile, up to $250 each way, for certain destinations, making getting to your travel assignment a little easier. If you are in need of a rental car, Randstad Healthcare provides assistance through our Avis Rental Car Program.

Free License or Certification Reimbursement
Randstad Healthcare will reimburse you for licensure endorsement fees, which vary from state to state, or we offer up to $75 per assignment for any certification fees.

Advanced Certification Reimbursement
After successful completion of the advanced specialty certification exam, we reimburse testing fees and first year membership costs on your third assignment or after. Please call your recruitment specialist for a list of eligible certifications.

$1,000 Bonus for 26-Week Contracts
Book and complete a 26-week assignment and Randstad Healthcare will pay you a $1,000 completion bonus! This will allow you more time to work and play in your new city - which also means less packing and moving!

Extension Benefits
Extend your assignment for a full contract and Randstad Healthcare will offer you a week of free rent for time off, in addition to a paid, round-trip travel expense, or a $500 extension bonus.

Unlimited Bonus Potential
In addition to the referral, extension, and 26-week contract bonuses, you are also eligible for bonuses on select assignments and renewals.
