Medical, Dental, Vision, and AD&D Insurance  - from day one
Randstad Healthcare offers every travel and contract employee a choice between three (3) CIGNA medical plans, a dental plan, and vision plan options.  Insurance is available on your first day of full-time employment.

Malpractice Insurance
As an employee of Randstad Healthcare, you are fully insured with both general and professional liability and medical malpractice insurance while working on assignment for us.  We understand that as an advanced practice professional having the necessary level of malpractice coverage is crucial in today's world. Randstad Healthcare provides up to $10 million in coverage malpractice insurance. In addition, we fully examine our clients and their working environments before entering into a contractual agreement that dictates specific standards for the workplace. At Randstad Healthcare, you can be assured of a safe and professional environment in which to practice.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage
Randstad Healthcare offers Standard Life Benefits up to $25,000 and AD&D coverage up to $25,000. Eligibility for Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment begins on the first day of employment with Randstad Healthcare. Employees are eligible to participate in these free benefits even if you are not enrolled in the health or dental plans.

All Expenses Paid Pre-Assignment Drug Screens
Randstad Healthcare will pay the full cost of all required pre-employment drug screens.

401K with Company Match
Candidates are eligible for the Randstad 401K retirement plan, with company match, after completing 500 hours of work.

Optional Disability Insurance
Randstad Healthcare offers optional disability insurance to all of our employees through our partner, William Colleger Associates. You can choose from a variety of waiting periods and these policies offer protection in the form of tax free payments, up to 60 percent of your income if you are disabled. Premiums can be paid monthly or quarterly.

On select assignments, advanced practice candidates can be offered the following benefits.  Be sure to ask your recruiter exactly what is available on each assignment, and carefully read over your contract before accepting any position.

Free, Private Housing or Housing Subsidy
Candidates can receive a free, private, furnished one-bedroom apartment, including paid security deposits and basic utilities on select assignments. Randstad Healthcare's Housing Department is here to assist you with all of your housing needs.

Per Diem Meals and Incidentals Allowance 
Employees who maintain a qualifying permanent tax home may be offered the opportunity to be paid a non-taxed meals and incidentals allowance.  The per diem allowance offers you a safe, risk free way to cover meals and incidental costs related to your travel assignments. Allowances will vary with each assignment based on federal per diem rates established by the IRS; our plan is 100 percent compliant with IRS standards and regulations. Once approved, per diems will be paid out in your regularly scheduled paycheck.

Travel Reimbursement
Candidates can be reimbursed $0.50 per mile up to $250 each way, and sometimes more for certain destinations, making getting to your assignment a little easier on your bank account. If you are in need of a rental car, Randstad Healthcare can provide assistance through our Avis Rental Car Program.

Free License or Certification Reimbursement
Randstad Healthcare will reimburse you for licensure endorsement fees, which vary from state to state, or we offer up to $75 per assignment for any certification fees.

$1,000 Bonus for 26-Week Contracts
Book and complete a 26-week assignment and Randstad Healthcare will pay you a $1,000 completion bonus! This will allow you more time to work and play in your new city - which also means less packing and moving!

Extension Benefits
Extend your assignment for a full contract and Randstad Healthcare will offer you a week of free rent for time off, in addition to a paid, round-trip travel expense or a $500 extension bonus.

Unlimited Bonus Potential
In addition to the referral, extension, and 26-week contract bonuses, you are also eligible for bonuses on select assignments and renewals.
