correctional facilities

Randstad Healthcare has provided support to federal, state, and county correctional facilities directly and through companies contracted to run the facility. We provide physicians on a locum tenens basis for short-term, ongoing, and permanent hire positions. Facilities or contract correctional companies may also contract with us directly via our Federal Supply Schedule, standalone government contracts, or our commercial agreement.

We understand that it takes a certain type of physician to fit well into the patient care environment of a correctional facility. We help to ensure the physician has a realistic expectation of the work environment and will be a good fit for the assignment.

IHS and tribal facilities

Randstad Healthcare has a long history of supporting Native American populations through facilities run by the Indian Health Service or owned by Tribal governments. We know it takes physicians who are willing to be in remote locations, work long hours, and have a love for patients of a culture different from their own in order to succeed on such assignments.

We provide locum tenens coverage for short-term and ongoing requirements. Authorized users can contract with us against the Federal Supply Schedule. Facilities may also contract with us directly via standalone government contracts. Tribal facilities can use our standard commercial agreement.

government teaming arrangements

To expand our staffing capabilities beyond our core competency of locum tenens physician recruitment, we create teaming arrangements with companies that provide ancillary and physician services. For Federal Supply Schedule requirements, these teaming arrangements allow us to partner with FSS holders so the lead company can provide specialty SINS not on their FSS. For other contracts, we team as either the prime or subcontractor for physician placement, providing one source to fill your entire contract.

We have the capability to support the following agencies through teaming agreements with other companies:

  • Army
  • Navy
  • Air Force
  • Coast Guard
  • Indian Health Service and Tribal Facilities
  • Correctional Facilities
  • VA Medical Centers
  • State and Local Governments

what our clients have to say

Randstad Healthcare has been staffing our facility with physicians since 2005.  They are extremely diligent about providing high-quality professionals who are prepared to quickly make an impact on patient care at our facility immediately upon arrival. They understand the intricacies of working with a tribal facility and successfully recruiting candidates to our rural community.  Over the course of our years working together, the staff has always been available, courteous and dependable.

I would just like to take a moment to tell you that the feedback from all of our clinic staff, managers, and Women Veteran patients has been absolutely fantastic regarding "Dr. A".  The universal consensus is that she is a wonderful Primary Care Provider and we would take her back in a heartbeat if she ever became available again.
