Randstad Healthcare's Referral Bonus Program will pay you for every person you refer. There are just two criteria that make you eligible for a Referral Bonus:
- This is your friend's first time working with Randstad Healthcare.
- Your friend puts your name in the "referred by" section of our application or gives us your name when submitting their resume.
Our Referral Bonuses pay out as follows:
Refer a Physician
Refer a physician to Randstad Healthcare and receive up to a $2,000 bonus once the candidate is placed on assignment. Bonus amounts will vary based on the type and length of assignment the referral is placed on.
Refer Other Healthcare Professionals
Refer an Advanced Practice Nurse, RN or LPN, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Coder, or other Allied Healthcare professional and receive a $250 bonus. Once your friend completes a 13-week travel or locum tenens assignment, or after completing 90 days at a contract or permanent position, the check will be in the mail to you.
